For those who do not know, Clementine is called to be a worthy successor to the marvelous Amarok 1.4 (which was my favorite player for quite some time).
Also based on the QT library and reusing code Amarok, Clementine is not long since started to develop and are making great strides to have a player of such quality as was Amarok.
Updating my system today (Archlinux) I saw that there was an update and it was the first RC of Clementine 0.5.

What they brought back this new version?
So many interesting things such as support for iPods, MTP support for those who want to use it (I say this because it's a Microsoft thing ¬ ¬), and support for USB drives.
Support for iPods was very expected by users of Clementine and finally made progress in this regard.
Apart from these new media, has added the ability to handle Clementine with a Wiimote, something really interesting
Now you can manage your external devices by copying new files or organize within the device. Also transcodificarán files in case the device requires.
As always many bugs have been fixed and will continue correcting as progress is made towards a stable release.
Invite you to try this promising player.

Checking my feeds, I noticed on the official website of the Debian project announced the availability of a web tool that we can create our images of Debian as configured to our liking. Something like what you have installed Opensuse but a little less colorful.
The web is http://live-helper.debian.net/cgi-bin/live-helper
All you have to do is put first the mail to where we want to send the message that our image is ready, then go completing the various boxes to the desired setting.
You can select the repository you want to use, the extra packages that we get the distribution you want to use Debian (Lenny, Squeeze or Sid) and other more advanced configurations.
